Frequently asked questions

1. What services do you offer?

Both FDM and SLA in a multitude of plastics and resin printing available. we can print or design Prototypes, Figures, Miniatures, wargame terrain & scenery...etc. Our designers can take your prototype drawings from paper to digital 3D model ready for printing

 

2. What materials can I choose from?

there are a variety of materials and colors to choose from depending on your needs. For FDM printing we offer PLA, PLA +, flexable TPU, PETG, ABS, carbon filament and ASA.  For resin we offer tough , ABS like, eco friendly, flexible, castable, temp resistant and translucents. If you have particular material needs, let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

3. What is my maximum build size?

Our build plates for FDM are 300x300x400mm and our resin printers are 216mm (L) *135mm (W) *250mm (H). most models can be split into smaller pieces and reassembled after printing if it exceeds those parameters.

4. How long will it take to receive my printed parts?

This time may vary. if you are having us design your project from the ground up, or if you have ordered bulk printing of a project. if you have a particular deadline to meet, let us know and we can work with you. *This does NOT refer to miniatures or terrain ordered from our shop. Miniatures and terrain have their own print schedule and is listed at the top of the shop page. Our miniatures and terrain are print to order, and we print orders in the order we receive them. becasue of this, our processing time for most miniature and terrain orders is 14-21 days. No guaranteed ship date can be given for orders of painted minis

5. how much will my project cost?

project cost depends on many factors such as material, print time, design time (if we are designing your project), along with setup and shipping fees. visit our Request a quote page to send us a file or a description of your project to request a free quote.

6. How do I pay for my order? 

For custom prints or designs, once you receive and accept your quotation , you will be sent an email with an invoice to pay securely via PayPal/credit card. Invoices must be paid prior to the start of any print or design work.

7. How much will it cost to ship my project?

Typical shipping costs are $10, but may vary depending on your project size and location

8. Can I be involved with the design of my project?

Yes, we offer design/CAD services to assist in your projects. We are able to design a part or all of your project from your specifications, or modify your files for 3D printing. Just email us for a design quote. We are also happy to offer general design advice throughout your project to ensure your models are ready for 3D printing. Please note that any advice or designs we provide are not intended as professional engineering services, and no guarantee is given regarding their suitability or safety for your application.
